    Primary responsibilities:

    Work with Head of Product and UX and other internal stakeholders to make working with our products a low effort, high satisfaction experience
    Be the product leader that helps develop and supports features of our main product improvements or new features of our products or internal apps to improve speed, effectiveness and customer satisfaction
    Write User Stories, create and prioritise a backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to our engineering team
    Create hypothesis and validate them by conducting usability testing with users
    Work cross functionally particularly with our designers, developers and business experts in an iterative, agile way
    Be accountable for the performance metrics defined for each product

    Requirements:

    2-3 years’ experience in Product Management related field
    Education in one of the following fields – Business, Finance, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
    Understanding of all aspects of product development life cycle
    Understanding software development process and dependencies
    Prior experience working in a global company and driving transformation via a global roadmap
    You’re comfortable communicating with business stakeholders, Engineering, Design/UX and Analytics teams and End users – verbal and written communication skills and capacity for articulation.
    Experience in project and/or people management
    Experience in breaking down functionalities to product stories and creating wireframes and prototypes
    Decent technical knowledge and skill to speak authoritatively on the technical aspects of software development
    Excellent English skills

    Cyber Security coordinator

    Codix has a proven experience and culture in Quality Management through its ISO9001:2015 certification. The next step for Codix is to obtain ISO27001:2022 certification, focused on Security.
    In the frame of this ISO certification, Codix offer a Cyber Security Coordinator position, with a real opportunity of growth and evolution in the group.
    The appointed person will be part of the ISO Group, and will support our CODIX Lead Implementor in the definition and development of best practice information security policies, standards and processes based on ISO 27001. This challenging role requires having a proactive approach to assist in the delivery of secure systems and implement proportionate controls.
    You will:
    • Help to Implement ISO 27001 framework and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
    • Help to run the creation of Policies and procedures with Codix relevant teams
    • Help to Develop a complete set of corporate Information Security policies and standards and continually monitoring the information security controls, KPIs and technical landscape.
    • Identify, communicate and manage current and emerging security threats with relevant Teams.
    • Develop Information security compliance frameworks, security policies and procedures, where necessary.
    • Work with CODIX teams to promote and adopt security best practices.
    • Proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement and facilitating development of pragmatic solutions
    • Monitoring the vulnerability and threat landscape and continually assessing risks

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge in security standards (ISO/IEC 27001).
    • Knowledge in current cyber security threats, mitigation strategies, regulations,
    • Monitoring and reporting on compliance with security and data protection policies, as well as the enforcement of policies.
    • Working knowledge of Security Architecture and potential security issues related to SaaS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Managing the standard multi-lingual text library (set of pre-defined standardized CODIX templates) which can be tailored to fit the client's specific needs;
    • Analyzing client data and working directly with clients in the process of creating/maintaining the customized client text library. Ensuring the output meets our high quality standards and client expectations;
    • Working with integrated IMX text management modules - in-house text editors providing features for the creation of structured semantic content, standard formatting features, such as inserting tables, alignment, inserting variables (business objects), and graphical design of text templates (integrated images, logos, headers/footers, signatures, branding details, layout setup, etc.);
    • Working with programming and visual tool applications to integrate data into variable templates;
    • Editing files, adjusting graphic elements for maximum print quality;
    • Performing initial text library modifications tests and participating in the QA troubleshooting process;
    • Working in close collaboration with other teams involved in the iMX text management process workflow, including software developers, business experts and project managers;
    • Writing specifications as well as user manuals and guides related to the iMX text library;
    • Providing trainings and assisting clients with the management of the iMX text library;
    • Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving the Text Management Editor.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and data entry
