Position We are currently seeking a talented UX&UI Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our dynamic team.Primary responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features based on user needs and insights
• Drive innovation in UX and UI design for our core applications
• Present ideas, concepts, and recommendations to business stakeholders and development teams
• Create, maintain, and update our design system, including style guides, components, assets, and documentation
• Conduct various user research activities such as workshops, interviews, surveys, moderated/unmoderated user testing, and more
• Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive solutions
• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes of potential solutions
• Produce user-centered deliverables including user personas, user journeys, and flows
• Contribute to the modernization and enhancement of our website
• Design and edit digital and print materials (catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
• Create marketing presentations for conferences and events
• Design banners for websites and social media platforms
• Prepare vector graphics for web use
• Support and evolve our brand's visual identityRequirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), IT, or a related field
• Professional certifications in UX/UI or Product Design will be considered a strong advantage
• 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Solid understanding of UI principles, best practices, and design laws
• Advanced to expert proficiency in Figma
• Proven experience building and working with design systems
• Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts and develop new designs following the company’s conception and guidelines
• Experience as a graphic designer or experience in related projects
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong graphic design sense and typographic knowledge
• Understanding of print production processes and requirements
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Strong collaboration skills — a true team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI Developer to join our Product & User Experience team. You will work closely with UX Designers, Product experts, Front-End and Back-End Engineers, and QA to deliver modern, consistent, and high-quality user interfaces for enterprise web applications in the banking/finance domain. Our front-end work is primarily Angular; React is used in selected modules/projects.

• Contribute to React-based modules when needed (nice-to-have), ensuring consistency with shared UI patterns
• Create web application pages as per design comps and information architecture, ensuring correct UI behavior and consistency
• Work closely with UX designers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose UI options, and deliver user-friendly solutions
• Integrate front ends with server-side Web APIs (REST/JSON) in collaboration with back-end teams
