Operational & Technical Integration SpecialistPrimary responsibilities:
• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
• Analyze issues and implement solutions within your area of responsibility
• Monitor the progress of ongoing developments and projects you are assigned to
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and reliable documentation for your tasks and deliverables
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned hardware and software
• Provide regular reporting on the progress and status of your assigned activities
• Propose improvements in technologies, tools, and workflows
• Support communication and collaboration within and across teams
• Support coordination of tasks across multiple teams and projects
• Participate in technical meetings and customer calls when required
• Comply with the Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, and Company policies, internal rules and procedures
• Continuously improve your professional, technical, and communication skills
• Report on the progress and status of assigned activities within a matrix organizational structureRequirements:
• Strong understanding of information technologies and Linux/Unix system administration
• Solid understanding of operational processes

We are happy to accept applications for junior and senior level QA Analysts in our team specializing in the manual testing of our factoring software.Primary responsibilities:
• Perform various manual tests of the modules of the iMX application, and any modifications and corrections to it, based on the expected result set out in the software documentation and specifications
• Write bug reports and report bugs or issues to the development teams for fixing
• Completing Approval Book scenario tests and preparation of test cards and documentation
• Participate in the preparation of Approval Book scenarios and other test scenarios
• Analyze client’s requirements, documents and tickets in order to plan the best course of action
• Deliver training and assistance to clients at different project phases, and participate in presentations to clients
• Support the creation/update of training support documentation and user manuals
• Perform ad hoc duties to assist the business analysis process, the technical teams and the client with the preparation for project milestones and delivery of software releasesRequirements:
• Fluent in English
• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Information Technology or other relevant discipline.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databasesDesired skills:
• Experience in Business software/systems – analysis or testing
• Experience in banking, leasing, credits, risk management or factoring
• Hands-on experience in business applications setup/programming
• Analytical approach to data perception and processing
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, organized and well-structured manner of work

We are looking for an experienced, independent and highly responsible ACCOUNTANAT with proven professional integrity to take full responsibility for the accounting operations of two subsidiaries within our Group: Domaine Saint George, a winery and production company, and a small trading company.
The Group’s main company is based in Sofia, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the complete accounting cycle of the two subsidiaries – from the day-to-day processing and recording of accounting documents to the preparation, finalization and signing of the Annual Financial Statements.
This is a highly autonomous position, ideal for an experienced accounting professional who is comfortable taking full ownership of the accounting function and who is committed to accuracy, compliance and high professional standards.Primary responsibilities:
Full Ownership of Accounting
• Manage the complete end-to-end accounting process for two subsidiaries within the Group
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely maintenance of all accounting records, ledgers and financial information
• Perform both operational accounting activities and higher-level financial accounting and reporting
Statutory Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Prepare, finalize and sign the Annual Financial Statements in accordance with the Bulgarian Accountancy Act
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation
• Prepare and submit all required monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reports and filings
Tax Compliance
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, VIES declarations, Intrastat declarations and other relevant tax filings
• Monitor tax compliance and ensure timely and accurate communication with the National Revenue Agency (NAP) and other relevant institutions
Daily Accounting Operations
• Process and record invoices, primary accounting documents and other financial transactions
• Process payments and monitor bank transactions and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records with a high level of precision and attention to detail
Production & Inventory Accounting
• Monitor production-related costs and support the accurate accounting of production activities at the winery
• Track production costs and cost of goods produced, as applicable
• Oversee inventory documentation, stock movements and inventory accounting
• Support and participate in stock-taking and inventory control processes
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary accounting contact for the National Revenue Agency (NAP), auditors, banks and external advisors
• Work closely with the Group management and local management of the subsidiaries
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and professional accounting advice when requiredRequirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Must meet the legal requirements to act as a preparer/signatory of Financial Statements under Article 18 of the Bulgarian Accountancy Act
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, Sole Accountant or Senior Accountant with responsibility for the full accounting cycle
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation
• Practical experience with Navigator accounting software.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• A hands-on approach and willingness to combine high-level financial oversight with day-to-day accounting activities
• High level of independence, organization, accuracy and accountability
• Demonstrated professional integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial informationDesired skills:
• Experience in agriculture, wine production, food production, manufacturing or FMCG
• Experience with accounting in a production environment
• Practical knowledge of cost accounting, production costing and inventory management
• Experience with accounting for companies operating in multiple business areasWe offer:
