CODIX is a Sponsor of the the second Lease Conference Dubai – “Developments for the Middle East and Africa”. The international event will be hybrid and will take place both online and in-person in Dubai (UAE), Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, on 16-17 November. Amina Chakchouk, COO Leasing of CODIX, is one of the visionary speakers and on the first day of the conference will make a presentation on “How can IT leasing and credit software support and boost the Green Growth Strategy and the Green Finance?”.

The Leasing Conference aims to provide practical knowledge and experience to the players in the leasing industry in the Middle East and Africa and to lay the groundwork for mutual cooperation and communication between lessors, suppliers, investors and bankers, service providers and regulators across the region.

In 2018, total new leasing volumes worth €386.4 billion were granted by the firms represented by Leaseurope’s members. This represents an increase of 7.7%2 compared to 2017. The portfolio of leased assets (outstandings) in Europe grew by 6.4%, reaching €832.6 billion at the end of 2018.
