Primary responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, based on business and technical specifications
• Design, develop, maintain and enhance software solutions in a large and complex system
• Perform detailed analysis on customer issues to determine root causes, propose and implement solutions
• Re-engineer parts of the code to improve performance, usability or security of the system
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the development process

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience
• Software development knowledge using C, C++ and SQL
• Unix systems knowledge
• English proficiency of at least 90%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Responsible
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Desired skills:

• Experience with Oracle - embedded ProC and PL/SQL
• Experience in software development using C, C++ and SQL
• Experience with Unix systems
