WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
Documentation Editor & Translator (French & English)

Primary responsibilities:

• Update specification documents based on requests from business analysts and other departments
• Critically review and perform quality control of iMX specification documents (format, completeness, and language)
• Create and maintain CODIX software user manuals and online help based on detailed specification documents
• Translate technical documentation between English and French (EN ↔ FR)
• Synchronize documentation updates between the English and French versions
• Perform and update the localization (translations) of our software systems
• Translate internal correspondence and client emails
• Proactively collaborate with business analysts and other departments to maintain the highest professional standards of iMX documentation
• Attend iMX functional training sessions
• Perform testing of the iMX system within the scope of the acquired knowledge
• Take part in any other activity, native to the operational scope of the team

Requirements:

• Perfect command of both French and English (C2 level or native)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) with strong formatting and document editing skills

Desired skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Good knowledge of Information Technologies
• Experience or knowledge in finance, banking, or accounting
• Any additional languages
