As a Business Analyst, you will dive deep into real-world business challenges, uncover client needs, and transform ideas into powerful, tailored solutions. You will be the vital bridge between business users and our technical teams—where strategy meets execution. This role offers a dynamic career path, giving you the opportunity to grow into a Business Expert or even lead projects as a Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Become a key player in understanding and optimizing the client’s business processes, driving meaningful change from within.
• Help turn client needs into simple, practical solutions that work seamlessly with our software.
• Act as the central link between our clients and Codix’s development teams, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to guarantee high-impact delivery.
• Support the client throughout testing and implementation, ensuring solutions are not just delivered but make a real difference.
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of software and technologies.
• Fluent English (advanced proficiency in writing, speaking, listening, and reading).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Valid passport.

As a Business Expert you will analyze client functional requirements and translate client needs into iMX terms. This involves preparing detailed specifications based on functional domains and Internal analysis to cover new functional domain in the system.
• Analysis and in-depth understanding of the clients’ requests, requirements and business processes.
• Critical evaluation of the impact of requirements on the software solution to include cross-module impact, evolution analysis and impact analysis on standardized modules.
• Analysis and drafting of functional and modular specifications to serve as client documentation and basis for software development.
• Conduct written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders with a view to obtaining or delivering relevant information.
• Preparation of business case scenarios and approval books to serve as basis for tests and validation, participation in client training and assistance in the test and implementation phase.
• Collaboration with the software architects with a view to determining the optimal design and implementation approach based on the business requirements.
• Close collaboration with project management to ensure the correct and timely follow up and delivery at each project phase.Requirements:
