As a Corporate Relations Specialist, you will play an essential role in coordinating corporate communication, task management, and project support across our global teams. You will also support ISO-related activities and training coordination.

Description du poste :
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Manage email communications and maintain strong client relationships
• Compile, analyze, and report on project and communication data
• Track and manage tasks, keeping customers informed of progress
• Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to relevant teams
• Mediate between teams or individuals to address communication breakdowns
• Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and standards
• Identify and resolve communication-related issues using appropriate tools and strategies
• Support ISO-related activities and tasks, including maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and following up on deadlines
• Assist with training coordination, including scheduling sessions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Profil recherché :
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
