  We are seeking a Business System Analyst (m/f/d) specializing in business analysis and software development in complex corporate environments.

  Primary responsibilities:

  Requirements Analysis & Specification
  • Analyze customer needs and business processes to accurately capture functional and technical requirements.
  • Clarify requirements with customers and stakeholders and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Create high-quality specifications as a basis for development and customer documentation.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on existing software (module dependencies, standardization).
  Testing, Demonstration & Training
  • Test the iMX software in various application scenarios to validate functionality and user-friendliness.
  • Demonstrate software features to customers and internal teams in a clear and solution-oriented manner.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and customer training to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Develop test cases, validation documents, and training materials for internal and external users.
  Collaboration with Development Teams
  • Work closely with software architects and developers to design optimal system solutions.
  • Support project management in achieving project goals – from planning to go-live.

  Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (business proficiency).
  • Degree in finance, business informatics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in business analysis, software testing, or project management in financial services or enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension of complex systems (rapid onboarding to iMX required).
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical topics clearly to both experts and non-experts.
  • Strong intercultural competence – ability to work effectively with international teams and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Willingness for occasional business travel for customer meetings, conferences, or project kick-offs.

  Desired skills:

  • Domain knowledge in factoring, leasing, debt collection, or banking is a strong advantage.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • French language skills are beneficial.
