WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Administrative assistant fluent in English

- Process and maintain electronic documentation
- Arrange and co-ordinate of company trips
- Deal with administrative and organizational tasks, as appropriate, and in compliance with the company business specifics
- Opportunity for business trip in the country (does not require personal car)



- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills - Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Reliability, organization, sociability and initiative


- Previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in team
- Ready to work flexible hours
- Good command in French
