WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN:
DevOps Specialist

Primary responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
• Analyze issues and implement solutions within your area of responsibility
• Monitor the progress of ongoing developments and projects you are assigned to
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and reliable documentation for your tasks and deliverables
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned hardware and software
• Provide regular reporting on the progress and status of your assigned activities
• Propose improvements in technologies, tools, and workflows
• Support communication and collaboration within and across teams
• Support coordination of tasks across multiple teams and projects
• Participate in technical meetings and customer calls when required
• Comply with the Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, and Company policies, internal rules and procedures
• Continuously improve your professional, technical, and communication skills
• Report on the progress and status of assigned activities within a matrix organizational structure

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of information technologies and Linux/Unix system administration
• Solid understanding of operational processes
• Good task planning and execution monitoring skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Accountability and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong time management and prioritization
• Adaptability, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English communication skills

Desired skills:

• University degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional qualifications and certifications
• Prior experience in an operational, technical support, or integration role within an IT environment
• Experience working within a matrix organizational structure
• Experience preparing technical documentation
• Experience collecting and analyzing data and reports to support business decision-making
