WE ARE LOOKING FOR A:
Training Specialist, Software Applications, to join our Business Team
• Organize, improve and deliver the trainings for the newcomers in our BusinessTeam;
• Develop new trainings in close collaboration with various experts across multiple teams;
• Coordinate the content, target groups and learning objectives with the relevant experts;
• Develop and update the training materials (presentations, handbooks, tests etc.) ;
• Manage training reports in an internal HR system.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in delivering trainings;
• Fluent English;
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel), in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents;
• Profound interest in Information Technologies.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality;
• Analytical and eager to learn.
• Training Certification;
• Profound interest in Information Technologies;
• Bachelor University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, IT or other relevant.
