The Administrator will under the supervision of the Management be responsible for the company's Office operation and premise, Administrative tasks and other daily operational tasks. Main responsibilities include:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences and calls
- Handle confidential information/ files/ materials; establish filling database/ system;
- Maintain a holiday calendar for all staff and assist in absence request procedures, and a detailed work schedule which also records absenteeism among staff
- Organize business travels as accommodation/ ticket/ travel document/travel expense claim arrangement
- Liaise with the landlord, cleaning service agency, office suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure the up-to-date record and smooth function of all office assets.
- Arrange passport and visa if required
- In charge of daily petty cash disbursement
- Procure office supplies and goods
- Assist in collecting Invoice/Receipts and submit to responsible managers for signing
- Apply payment for Stationery, Telephone, Courier, ...
- Maintain and update the list of transfers
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate with in competence as required by General Manager
- Work closely with the office manager to ensure a smooth and effective operations of the office.

- Female
- At least 2 year of experience of related jobs
- Good command of English
- Good command of French is plus
- Proficient in the use of M/S office application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
- Responsible, dedicated and good time management skills.
- Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and in team.
