Training specialist (business oriented)

• Organize, improve and deliver trainings for the newcomers
• Coordinate the content, target groups and learning objectives with the relevant experts
• Develop and update the training materials (presentations, handbooks, tests etc.)
• Manage training reports in an internal HR system
• Business skills, with at least two of the following requirement - University degree in Finance or in Business related discipline
• Analysis or QA testing experience in debt collection, banking, leasing, credits, risk management or Commercial finance. Practical experience is considered an advantage
• Experience in delivering trainings
• Fluent English
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and Excel), in particular good sense and skills of formatting and editing documents
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
