- Job Description:
- Understand our solution at detailed levels, to get familiar with its inner logic, mechanisms, strength and flexibility
- Take part in the design of the evolutions of our solution, along with analysis and specifications of Clients needs
- Adjust/write detailed specification documents
- Act as the interface with the client teams and the Codix development teams
- Participate in the solution testing phase
- Follow-up of delivery of the iMX system
- Follow-up during the implementation and maintenance phases
- On-site assistance for clients
- Progressive take-over of some customer relationship management responsibilities
- Location: Atlanta, Ga.
- Requirements:
- Experience in doing business/system analysis in a software package context
- 5 years experience in business software business/system analysis in leasing, credits or risk management, financing, or commercial finance/factoring
- English as a native language (French and/or Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously, self-starter and pro-active
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Driving license
